PROTON Launches After Sales Campaign 2026 with Service Packages from RM120


PROTON has introduced its After Sales Campaign 2026, offering affordable service packages to encourage owners to return for maintenance, especially those who have not serviced their vehicles for an extended period. The campaign runs from 30 March to 30 June 2026 and is open to PROTON vehicles registered between 2018 and January 2021 that have not been serviced for more than 12 months.

Under this campaign, owners can enjoy basic service packages starting from as low as RM120 for models such as Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga, while X-Series models are priced from RM216 onwards. The package includes engine oil replacement, oil filter, labour, and a complimentary 40-point safety inspection covering essential components such as brakes, tyres, battery, and other critical parts to ensure the vehicle remains safe for daily use.



PROTON supports this initiative with a wide nationwide network consisting of 190 authorised service centres and 77 Body & Paint centres, providing convenient access for customers across Malaysia. In addition, several value-added services are available, including Fast Service, which completes basic servicing within 90 minutes, the Service Experience QR (SEQR) system for customer feedback, and the ProCare Smart Plan, which offers flexible payment options.

To further enhance customer convenience and peace of mind, PROTON also provides 24-hour roadside assistance via its dedicated helpline at 1800-88-8398, ensuring support is available anytime and anywhere. This campaign reflects PROTON’s ongoing efforts to improve after-sales service quality while encouraging vehicle owners to maintain their cars regularly for better performance and safety.
