Recently, Zipper Resources Sdn Bhd successfully conducted a Fire Safety Training and Fire Extinguisher Usage Session as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The programme was carried out in collaboration with the dedicated team from the Pekan Nanas Fire and Rescue Department.
The session began with an informative safety briefing, where firefighters shared essential knowledge on fire prevention, emergency response, and the correct use of fire extinguishers. This was followed by a practical demonstration, where several of our staff had the opportunity to learn and practice proper fire-extinguishing techniques under the guidance of experienced firefighters.
To make the experience even more memorable, a few staff members were also given the opportunity to ride on a fire engine, allowing them to better appreciate the readiness and important role of the fire and rescue team in responding to emergencies.
