We are pleased to share the progress of our latest high-end HVAC installation project. This complex integration showcases our team’s expertise in combining climate control technology with meticulous interior craftsmanship.
The project began with the strategic placement of a Daikin R32 condenser unit. To maximize space and maintain building aesthetics:
High-Wall Mounting: Units were secured using heavy-duty steel brackets.
Streamlined Management: Refrigerant pipes and electrical wiring were installed and subsequently encased in high-grade white PVC trunking to ensure a clean, professional finish along the exterior lines.
To preserve the room's interior design, we opted for a concealed ducted system:
Fan Coil Integration: Large, rectangular indoor units were installed within the plenum space.
Custom Ductwork: Our technicians fabricated and routed insulated round ducts to ensure balanced air distribution across the entire area without the visual footprint of traditional wall units.
Accessing the ceiling plenum required surgical precision. To install the internal components, several access points were cut into the dark decorative ceiling. Our restoration process includes:
Structural Repair: Reintegrating ceiling cutouts using fiber tape and high-strength joint compound.
Artisan Finishes: Specialized plastering techniques are being used to seamlessly match the existing wooden lattice and grid design.
Cleanliness Protocols: We have utilized heavy-duty plastic sheeting throughout the site to protect the flooring and furnishings from plaster dust and debris.
This installation highlights the importance of a coordinated approach between HVAC engineering and interior finishing. By managing both the mechanical installation and the aesthetic repair, we ensure a turnkey solution that delivers comfort without compromising the room's unique architectural features
