Group Training (2–6 Pax)
Train Together. Improve Together. Stay Accountable.
Our small group training sessions are designed to give you the best of both worlds—personalised coaching with the energy and motivation of a group setting. With only 2 to 6 participants per session, you’ll receive close supervision while training alongside others with similar goals.
