Objective: Participants will be able to:
Assess the situation and the victim in an emergency
Perform basic life support techniques, including CPR and AED
Respond to different medical emergencies at working environment

Chain of survival
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults
Introduction to Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Recovery position
Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (Choking) for adults
Bleeding and wounds, basic bandaging skills
Thermal and electrical burns, scald management
Bone injury (fractures), muscle injury, spine injury & management
Theory and practical assessment
