​Want to know the difference between a Silver, Gold, and Platinum foot massage centre? Here is the simple breakdown of the official classification guidelines.


The Three Tiers

🥈 SILVER (Standard)


Space: Open layout with a minimum of 50 sq. ft. per chair.

Comfort: Basic reception counter and a comfortable waiting area.

Facilities: At least one toilet on the premise.


🥇 GOLD (Premium)


Space: Bigger spacing with a minimum of 65 sq. ft. per chair.

Comfort: Plush recliner chairs and a well-designed reception.

Facilities: A dedicated foot bath area with hot/cold water and more than one toilet.


💎 PLATINUM (Luxury)


Space: Large luxury spacing with a minimum of 80 sq. ft. per chair.

Privacy: Must provide private rooms with attached toilets.


Extras: Premium waiting area and must accept credit cards.


The Non-Negotiables (For Everyone)

​Regardless of your rating, every centre must have:


Valid Licenses & Permits: Local authority license and work permits for foreign staff.


SOP Manuals: Documented procedures for operations and in-house training.


Strict Scope: Massage is for wellness only, done by hand, and strictly on areas below the knee.


How to Qualify?

Platinum: Score 90 – 100%

Gold: Score 75 – 89%

Silver: Score 50 – 74%

Below 49% is Not Qualified.
