We are hiring for the following positions to join our dynamic air conditioning service team:
1️⃣ 空调技术员（Aircond Technician）
工作职责 / Job Responsibilities:
✔️安装、维修与保养各类空调系统
Install, repair, and maintain various air conditioning systems
✔️诊断和解决技术问题
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
✔️按照标准作业程序执行任务
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
要求 / Requirements:
✔️拥有相关技术证书或经验者优先
Relevant technical certificate or experience preferred
✔️能独立工作，有责任心
Able to work independently and responsibly
✔️拥有驾驶执照优先
Possess a valid driving license is an advantage
2️⃣ 空调客服助理（Aircond Customer Service Assistant）
工作职责 / Job Responsibilities:
✔️接听客户来电与回应客户咨询
Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries
✔️安排服务预约与跟进客户反馈
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
✔️协助文书工作及客户资料管理
Assist with paperwork and maintain customer records
要求 / Requirements:
✔️良好的沟通技巧，态度亲切
Good communication skills with a friendly attitude
✔️熟练操作电脑和基本办公软件
Proficient in computer use and office software
✔️中英文书写和会话能力良好
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
📍 工作地点 / Work Location: Sin Tatt Electrical and Air Cond Services (M)Sdn Bhd
No 46,Ground Floor, Jalan Tasek Muatiara 2, Bandar Tasek Muatiara, 14120 Simpang Ampat, Penang
🕒 工作时间 / Working Hours: 9am – 6pm, Mon – Sat
💼 薪资 / Salary: 面议（Based on experience）
