Train-The-Trainer Certification Program | 9–13 March 2026
The March 2026 intake for our Train-The-Trainer Certification Program is now open for registration.
This 5-day structured program is designed to develop competent internal trainers who are able to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training sessions in alignment with professional and HRD Corp standards.
Led by Azman Ithnin, the program focuses on:
• Training structure and instructional design
• Adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
• Confident delivery and participant engagement
• Managing training dynamics and challenging situations
• Practical assessments aligned with certification requirements
