   • Valid only for clients who sign the renovation agreement and place a deposit during the campaign period.
3. Booking Deposit
   • A non-refundable RM5,000 deposit is required to activate this promotion.
   • The deposit will be deducted from the total project cost.
4. Promotion Benefits

   • Feature Wall for RM1,957 only (up to 120 sqft, valued at RM5,800) with minimum purchase of RM15,000.
5. Limitations
   • The FREE feature wall is limited to the first 30 confirmed customers.
   • Discounts apply only to specified items and services — no substitutions allowed.
6. Project Scope
   • Promotion is applicable for projects with a minimum total value of RM15,000.
   • The feature wall must be installed at the same premises, and cannot be transferred to another area.

8. Project Timeline

9. General Conditions
