CrazyMic™ Sarawak Team Grows Closer Through Bonding, Food & Shared Reflections
Miri, Sarawak – 28 April, 2025 – Crazy Mic Sarawak recently held an inspiring and heartfelt team bonding program, starting with a morning training session at Crazy Mic Bintang Megamall and continuing with interactive bonding activities at Homie Homestay Miri. The full-day event brought the passionate Sarawak team together for a memorable experience filled with learning, laughter, and connection.

The event, part of the “Sarawak Team Bonding 2025” initiative, focused on strengthening unity, understanding, and leadership within the team. It provided an ideal platform for team members to grow both personally and professionally through structured training, reflective sharing, and fun group engagement.
The day began at Crazy Mic Bintang Megamall, where team members participated in a hands-on training session focused on Crazy Mic’s new internal system, “Crazy Hub”. The system aims to streamline operations and improve interdepartmental coordination across the organization. The session helped team members understand how the platform can support day-to-day tasks while boosting productivity and communication.
Following this, the team explored SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, reflecting on both personal and team dynamics. This session promoted self-awareness, encouraged honest discussions, and empowered the team to align more closely with Crazy Mic’s strategic direction.
After the training, the team made their way to Homie Homestay Miri for the second half of the program. There, the atmosphere shifted into a more casual and reflective tone. In a relaxed outdoor setting, team members sat together in a sharing circle, where they opened up about their personal journeys and experiences at Crazy Mic. The genuine conversations helped strengthen trust, empathy, and the Crazy Mic culture of openness and support.
Inside Homie Homestay, the team later engaged in a variety of motivational games, group activities, and leadership challenges in a cozy, creatively decorated room filled with energy and teamwork. The space became a hub of interactive learning, laughter, and shared enthusiasm.
Of course, no Crazy Mic event is complete without good food! The day ended with a warm and lively dinner featuring pizzas, fried noodles, chicken wings, and refreshing beverages—an opportunity for everyone to unwind, celebrate, and create lasting memories together.
