Benefits of the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF / HRD Corp)
Employers registered under HRD Corp in Malaysia can apply for training subsidies (financial assistance) to cover some or all of the approved training costs after they start contributing to the HRD levy. However, the training must provide direct benefits to their business operations.
Financial assistance will not be granted for:
• Training programs self-funded by employees.
• Training costs that are already covered by the employer.
Employers who contribute to the HRD levy can claim training reimbursements under various HRD Corp training programs.
人力资源发展基金的益处
成立在马来西亚并已向人力资源发展基金注册的雇主可以在开始缴付人力资源发展税后直接申请培训补助(财务援助)来支付员工培训的全部或大部分“获准成本”。培训必须对他们的业务有直接的效益。因此,财务援助不会提供给个人自己准备及资助的培训计划(不论是部分还是全额)。财务援助也不会提供给会由雇主承担费用的培训。
有缴付人力资源发展税的雇主可以通过人力资源发展基金实施的各种培训计划申请培训报销。
