PUSPAKOM System Upgrade in Progress – Expect Possible Delays
PUSPAKOM has announced that it is currently undergoing a major IT system upgrade across its vehicle inspection centres nationwide. This initiative aims to enhance system efficiency and improve customer experience in the long run. As part of the upgrade process, the new system will be implemented and tested at selected branches first, before being rolled out nationwide. During this transition period, customers may experience delays in the vehicle inspection process, and PUSPAKOM apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused.
From now until June 10, the system upgrade will affect operations at Johor Bahru, Manjung, and Kota Bharu branches. Meanwhile, the Senai branch will undergo system enhancements starting May 27 until June 10. To accommodate customers during this period, most PUSPAKOM branches nationwide will continue operating on Saturday, ensuring minimal disruption to vehicle inspection schedules.
In a separate announcement, PUSPAKOM has informed that its Cheras branch will be temporarily closed from June 1 until July 13 to facilitate upgrading works on its testing lanes. Customers who usually visit this branch are advised to plan ahead and make bookings at nearby alternative outlets. For commercial vehicles, the recommended branches are Wangsa Maju, Taman Bukit Maluri, and Padang Jawa. For private vehicles, customers may visit Batu Caves, Pandan Mewah, or Glenmarie.
