Objective:
Participants will be able to:
  • Assess the situation and the victim in an emergency
  • Perform basic life support techniques, including CPR and AED
  • Respond to different medical emergencies at working environment

Course Content:
  • Chain of survival
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults
  • Introduction to Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Recovery position
  • Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (Choking) for adults
  • Bleeding and wounds, basic bandaging skills
  • Thermal and electrical burns, scald management
  • Bone injury (fractures), muscle injury, spine injury & management
  • Theory and practical assessment
