With a view to maintaining or even bettering Toyota’s position as the third-largest car brand in Malaysia, the client wanted to establish Toyota’s presence in Puchong by setting up a 3S service centre and approached us to take charge of its flooring setup. With minor surface imperfections presenting an obstacle and time being of the essence, the client was looking for a flooring solution that was not only environmentally-friendly but also had little downtime.
The aforementioned surface imperfections were touched up using epoxy fillers and primer before we could proceed to install our Ecogard® WEC 6150 system; the system’s 3-coat nature allowing for a quick turnaround and thus enabling the client to push forward the opening of the service centre. Furthermore, the non-hazardous complexion of the finished floor ensured the client’s desired automotive facility wasn’t a threat to the environment amidst the bustling scene of automotive activities in Puchong.
