We’re excited to share that we recently collaborated with Anchor Food Professionals and Chef Jung Ha Yeon to host an exclusive live demo at our academy. During this session, professional chefs showcased innovative techniques and shared valuable insights on using high-quality dairy products to elevate baking and pastry creations.
