KCK Sustainability Solutions Enhances Operational Efficiency for Perstima with Advanced Hot Air Exhaust Systems
Iskandar Puteri, Johor – KCK Sustainability Solutions Sdn Bhd, a leader in industrial ventilation and energy-efficient engineering, is proud to announce the successful completion of a specialized ducting and ventilation project for Perstima (Perusahaan Sadur Timah Malaysia Berhad).
The Challenge: Managing Industrial Heat Industrial manufacturing environments often face the challenge of extreme heat accumulation, which can impact both machinery performance and worker safety. Perstima required a robust solution to manage and extract high-temperature air from their production facility for their rectifiers systems.
The KCK Solution: Precision Ducting & EC Technology To address this, KCK designed and installed four custom-engineered Hot Air Exhaust Systems. Central to this project was the integration of Sanmu EC (Electronically Commutated) Fans. These fans were selected for their:

Proven Results: A 17°C Temperature Drop The impact of the installation was immediate and measurable. Following the commissioning of the four systems, KCK recorded a 17°C reduction in ambient hot air within the targeted zones. This cooling effect not only stabilizes the micro-climate for sensitive equipment but also significantly improves the working conditions for Perstima’s floor staff.
