The 2026 Proton X90 MC has been launched with a significant price cut - from RM129,800 down to RM99,800 for the entry variant. Key updates include a new 1.5L i-GT 4-cylinder turbo engine replacing the previous 3-cylinder with mild-hybrid, 181 PS output, and retention of 7-seater configuration. The MC1 facelift makes this the first 3-row SUV under RM100k in Malaysia.
