Puspakom Rolls Out GiCheck Booking System, Processing Fee Revised to RM5
Puspakom has introduced a new vehicle inspection booking platform known as GiCheck, designed to deliver a more reliable, accurate and user-friendly experience for customers. One of the key enhancements of GiCheck is its automatic integration with JPJ’s mySIKAP system, which allows for smoother data verification and reduces manual processes. The platform also introduces a clearer and more structured refund mechanism, improving transparency for users. Alongside the launch of the new system, Puspakom confirmed that the vehicle inspection booking processing fee will increase from RM3.50 to RM5.00, effective January 4. According to the company, the processing fee had remained unchanged since online booking services were first introduced in 2017. The revision is intended to support ongoing system upgrades and ensure the platform meets current industry standards, customer expectations and operational demands. Puspakom added that GiCheck comes with refreshed branding, an improved interface and enhanced functionality, all aimed at making the booking process more efficient and customer-centric.
