WARRANTY POLICY
1. Warranty Coverage
- All products are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of:
- 1 year for sofas and sofa beds
- 6 months for bedframe
- 6 months for mechanisms (e.g pull-out beds, storage lifts, recliners) and moving parts.
- No warranty coverage for Wardrobes, storage, compartments and dining sets.
- Warranty begins from the date of delivery.
2. What the Warranty Covers
- Structural defects in the frame (e.g., breakage).
- Manufacturing faults (e.g., faulty stitching, broken joints).
- Mechanism malfunction not caused by misuse.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Wear and tear, stains, discoloration, and material aging.
- Material such as any type of fabric and leather.
- Damages due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of care.
- Use of third-party cleaning agents not suitable for fabric/leather/wood.
- Custom modifications or unauthorised repairs.
- Items purchased as “Clearance or Displayed”.
4. Claim Process
- Claims must be made within the warranty period.
- Customers must provide:
- Original purchase invoice.
- Photos/videos showing the defect.

5. Service Charges
- Free repair or replacement for valid warranty claims but delivery charges & GST (for Singapore orders) will be applied according to your item.
- Out-of-warranty service is available at a reasonable charge, which includes:
- Labour costs.
- Transportation fees (depending on location).
- Replacement parts (if required).
6. Lead Time
- Depending on the nature of the issue, repairs may take 7–30 working days.
- Custom parts may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Erica Furniture Design Reserves the Right To:
- Inspect the product before approving a warranty claim.
- Determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
- Reject claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
- Substitute the material to equal quality and similar colour if identical material is not available.
