Train-The-Trainer Certification Program
Registration is now open for the April 2026 intake of our Train-The-Trainer Certification Program.
This intensive 5-day structured program is designed to develop competent internal trainers who can design, deliver, and evaluate effective training sessions in alignment with professional standards and HRD Corp requirements.
Facilitated by Ong Chee Eng, the program focuses on building practical training competencies, including:
• Training structure and instructional design
• Adult learning principles and facilitation techniques
• Confident delivery and participant engagement
• Managing training dynamics and challenging situations
• Practical assessments aligned with certification requirements
