1. Non-Refundable Items
All items that have been successfully delivered and signed for are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and gifts, we are unable to accept returns once the delivery has been completed and acknowledged by the recipient.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you notice that the bouquet or product is damaged upon delivery, please do not sign for it.
Kindly take clear photos immediately and contact us within 15 minutes for verification.
Once confirmed that the damage occurred before dispatch, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
3. Ineligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:
1. The order has already been signed for.
2. No photo evidence is provided within 15 minutes of receipt; or
3. The damage occurs due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
4. Replacement or Refund Processing
If your claim is approved after verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, or replacements will be arranged as soon as possible with confirmed delivery details.
