In-Store Sales Advisor (Midea & Toshiba Brand Shop at Jitra, Kedah)

Position

Indoor Sales Advisor (Full-Time) at Intan Radio 39 -43 Pekan Jitra 2, 06000 Jitra, Kedah.

Working Hours: 6 days/week, 10 am–7.30 pm

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers who visit the store.

• Explain product features and benefits for Midea & Toshiba electrical appliances

• Provide product recommendations based on customers’ needs, home size, and budget.

• Maintain a neat and attractive product display area.

• Assist customers with decision-making, including sales and payment processing.

• Ensure shelves and display units are well-organised and updated when required.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above.

• Good communication skills — fluent in Malay; proficiency in English is an added advantage.

• Friendly, polite, and customer-service oriented.

• Energetic, hardworking, and self motivator.

• Experience in sales, retail, or as a promoter is an advantage, but not compulsory (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
