Breitling’s Superocean Heritage is riding a new wave – and it’s bringing timeless elegance with it. First launched in 1957, this legendary sea watch has been reimagined for 2025 with sleek refinements, a streamlined design, and a standout collaboration with surfing icon Kelly Slater.
This new collection balances mid-century charm with modern sensibility. The case sizes range from a trim 36mm to a bold 44mm, while the design language stays clean and confident.
New to the range is Breitling’s B31 movement – the brand’s first exclusive three-hand manufacture calibre. Expect smoother performance, a 78-hour power reserve, and all the reliability expected from a COSC-certified chronometer. Select chronograph models are driven by the powerhouse Caliber 01. Colourways lean fresh and coastal, with dial and ceramic bezel combos in black, blue, and green. Rubber and mesh bracelets are engineered for a seamless fit – perfect for life on or off the water.
To mark his incredible career, Breitling has unveiled the Superocean Heritage B31 Automatic 40 Kelly Slater – a limited-edition model inspired by Slater’s home and heart: Hawaii.

The watch features a tropical foliage pattern dial, capturing the interplay of sunlight and shadows under the canopy. The open caseback reveals the automatic movement, with an engraved “One of 500” marking its exclusivity. Finished with a blue rubber mesh strap or stainless-steel bracelet, and presented in a box adorned with Hawaiian motifs – this one’s personal.
