Migrant Repatriation Program 2.0 (PRM 2.0)

The Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) is implementing the Migrant Repatriation Program 2.0 as a voluntary return initiative for undocumented immigrants (PATI), exempting them from prosecution, subject to the specified conditions.

📅 Implementation Period: 19 May 2025 – 30 April 2026

💼 Compound Fees:
▶️ RM500 – Entering and staying without a valid pass or permit
➡️ RM500 – Overstaying the permitted duration
➡️ RM300 – Violating pass conditions
➡️ RM20 – Special Pass fee (including children exempted from compound)

📌 Application Requirements:
✅ Possession of a valid passport or travel document
✅ A return flight ticket to the country of origin within 14 days
✅ Must be present at any of the 14 Immigration Enforcement Division offices in Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan
✅ Payment of compound must be made via debit/credit card or Touch 'n Go eWallet

🚫 Not Eligible If:
✖️ Previously registered for PRM but failed to depart
✖️ Blacklisted or has an arrest warrant
✖️ Spouse of a Malaysian citizen (must refer to the visa counter)
