QBEX Events was honoured to support Coin Fair 2026 with a complete event setup, creating a professional and organised environment for exhibitors, collectors, and visitors. Held at a premium venue, the event brought together coin and watch enthusiasts from across the region, requiring a clean, functional, and high-capacity exhibition layout.

For this project, QBEX supplied and arranged exhibition tables, banquet chairs with chair bands, table skirting, red carpet walkways, and event layout coordination to ensure every exhibitor had a comfortable and professional display space. The venue was carefully planned to maximise visitor flow while providing an organised exhibition experience for all participants.

From the initial setup to the final event presentation, our team focused on delivering a seamless installation with attention to detail, ensuring the venue was fully prepared before the event opened to the public.
