Precision Ceiling Integration: As documented in our field operations, the indoor cassette unit was strategically positioned and secured using heavy-duty threaded rod hangers. Precise leveling is critical to ensure the gravity-fed condensate drainage system operates without the risk of water backflow or overflow.
Refrigerant Circuit & Flare Connections: Our technicians executed high-quality copper piping work and flare connections. A strict vacuuming process was performed to remove non-condensables and moisture from the lines, ensuring the compressor operates at maximum thermodynamic efficiency.
Outdoor Condenser Positioning: The outdoor compressor unit was installed on a reinforced wall-mount bracket system. We ensured optimal clearance for heat rejection, protecting the unit from overheating and providing easy access for future preventive maintenance.
Professional Trunking & Finishing: To maintain high aesthetic standards, all external piping was enclosed in specialized PVC trunking. This protects the insulation from UV degradation and environmental wear while providing a clean, organized finish.
Commissioning & Airflow Balancing: Post-installation, the system underwent a full operational test. We verified the 4-way swing louver functionality to ensure uniform air distribution throughout the space, providing immediate and consistent thermal relief.
