T Journey makes its debut in Langkawi, reinforcing Tropicana’s long-term commitment to the island, where it holds a strong land bank presence across Pantai Cenang, Tanjung Rhu, and Pantai Kok.
Its inaugural signature development, Tropicana Cenang, is set on a 5.28-acre freehold beachfront parcel at Pantai Cenang. Designed as a vibrant lifestyle hub, the project comprises serviced suites and retail components with direct beach access, resort-style facilities, and spacious multi-bedroom layouts ideal for families and group travellers.
Phase 1 and Phase 2, Assana and Merissa Serviced Suites, marked a significant milestone with their Topping-Off Ceremony in July 2025 and are on track for completion by the second quarter of 2026, with full operations targeted by the third quarter of 2026. Both phases have already achieved 100% take-up, encompassing 831 and 60 fully furnished units respectively — a strong vote of confidence in the brand’s positioning.
