The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has announced a special compound and fee reduction programme, which will end on 30 September 2025.
📌 Details of the reduction are as follows:
✅ Up to 95% compound reduction and reduction of SSM e-Advertisement fee for voluntary winding-up applications of LLPs.
✅ Up to 90% compound reduction for common offences under the Companies Act 1965/2016 and the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012.
✅ Up to 95% compound reduction for eligible company name strike-off applications.
