Advelsoft was honoured to be invited by the Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN), under the Department of Valuation and Property Services, Ministry of Finance Malaysia, to conduct professional training sessions for participants of the Certified Property Management Programme (CPMP).

During the sessions, participants were introduced to the practical application of digital property management solutions through Advelsoft's Property Management System (PMS). The training focused on real-world workflows including tenancy documentation, maintenance management, work order management, user access control, and operational best practices to improve efficiency in modern property management. These topics align with the CPMP learning plan, which emphasizes the use of property management software (PMS), tenancy management systems (TMS), customer service systems (CSS), and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
The hands-on workshop enabled participants to gain practical experience using an integrated property management platform, bridging theoretical concepts with day-to-day operational requirements in the property industry.
