PETALING JAYA (June 25): OSK Property has formed a strategic collaboration with IKEA Malaysia, CUCKOO Malaysia and Samsung Malaysia to enhance the value offered to homebuyers through integrated home furnishing and appliance solutions.
In a statement, OSK Property said the initiative is designed to give purchasers more convenient access to essential household products, helping them set up comfortable and functional living spaces with greater ease from the moment they move in.
Under the collaboration, OSK Property will work with IKEA Malaysia, CUCKOO Malaysia, and Samsung Malaysia to offer selected appliance bundles and furnishing options tailored for homeowners.
The initiative includes exclusive appliance packages featuring items such as refrigerators, washing machines and smart TVs from Samsung, along with water purifiers and air purifiers from CUCKOO. These will be made available through a five-year rental plan, giving buyers an alternative financing approach with lower upfront costs.
The offerings will be accessible to both new and existing purchasers across selected OSK Property developments, allowing a wider group of homeowners to benefit from the programme.
In addition, CUCKOO and Samsung appliances will also be included as guaranteed gifts and lucky draw prizes for buyers of selected developments, including NARA at OSK Shorea Park, Hana Hills, OSK Areca, Iringan Bayu, OSK Mori Park, OSK Mori Park, Ayra & Sierra in OSK Yarra Park, and Taman Lang Aman.
OSK Property chief executive officer Chu Wai Lune said the collaboration aims to combine design, functionality and wellness-focused living in a more accessible package for homebuyers.
He added that the goal is to help purchasers create well-equipped homes that support comfort and wellbeing from the day they move in, while also improving affordability through structured appliance rental options.
