PETALING JAYA (June 12): S P Setia Bhd has been named World Silver Winner in the Residential Low Rise category at the 2026 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards for its Precinct Arundina development within Setia Eco Park in Selangor.
The award was presented to S P Setia president and chief executive officer Datuk Zaini Yusoff at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2026 ceremony and gala dinner held at the Hofburg Vienna in Austria.
Zaini said the recognition reflects the company’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully planned developments that meet evolving homebuyer expectations.
He added that the award also enhances the international standing of Precinct Arundina and reinforces Setia Eco Park’s reputation as one of Malaysia’s most established and successful township developments.
Precinct Arundina is a landed residential development positioned within Setia Eco Park, offering a green, tranquil, and well-connected living environment at competitive price points, which S P Setia said has resonated strongly with homebuyers.
