Warranty Coverage & Policy

At Malray, we are committed to delivering reliable radiation protection products backed by transparent warranty support for your peace of mind.

Apron Warranty

All Malray radiation protection aprons are covered by a 24-month (2-year) limited carry-in warranty against manufacturing defects in core materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery (DO), unless otherwise specified in the quotation.

Non-Apron Products

Accessories and other non-apron items are covered by a 12-month (1-year) limited carry-in warranty, also starting from the date of delivery (DO), unless otherwise stated.


Disposable Products
Disposable items are not covered under warranty once sold.

A: The warranty primarily covers the core protective materials. External components such as fabric and accessories are subject to wear and tear and are not covered.
