4. 举报机制 Whistleblowing 员工有责任举报任何怀疑的贿赂行为，公司承诺对举报者保密，不会进行打击报复。 Employees are encouraged to report suspected bribery or corruption. Confidentiality and non-retaliation are guaranteed.
