OSM Roofing successfully completed the roofing installation for Miroad Rubber Industries Sdn. Bhd., incorporating two roofing profiles within a single industrial facility to meet both functional and architectural requirements.

The main roof is installed with HICONDEK®40 Clip Lock Roofing, providing a concealed-fixing, screw-free roofing system that delivers a clean appearance while enhancing long-term weather resistance and reducing maintenance requirements.

To complement the overall design, the elevated jack roof features METALDEK®26 Curve Roofing, creating a distinctive curved roof profile that improves the building's architectural character while supporting natural ventilation and daylighting.

By combining these two roofing systems, the project achieves both reliable performance and a modern industrial aesthetic, demonstrating how different roofing profiles can be integrated effectively within a single development.
