POS Malaysia Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for IPC Bridging Conveyor

Kaiye Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. was honoured to welcome our valued customer to our manufacturing facility on 8th January 2026 (Thursday) for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the IPC Bridging Conveyor project.

The Factory Acceptance Test was conducted to verify that the conveyor system had been manufactured in accordance with the approved design, technical specifications, and project requirements before delivery and site installation.

The FAT session brought together representatives from both Kaiye Industries and the customer, including the Project TeamEngineering TeamProcurement Team, and End User. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to review the project progress, discuss technical requirements, and confirm that the system met the customer's expectations.

During the Factory Acceptance Test, the following activities were carried out:

  • Inspection of the conveyor mechanical structure and fabrication quality.
  • Verification of conveyor operation and overall system performance.
  • Testing of the motor, gearbox, and drive system.
  • Functional testing of sensors, electrical control panel, and control sequence.
  • Inspection of safety features and operational reliability.
  • Review of workmanship, finishing quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Throughout the FAT, the customer witnessed the testing procedures and conducted a detailed inspection of the equipment. The engineering teams from both parties worked closely together to review the system performance, clarify technical matters, and address any comments or improvement requests identified during the inspection.

The successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test marked another important milestone for the IPC Bridging Conveyor project and demonstrated Kaiye Industries' commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality conveyor solutions that meet our customers' operational requirements.
