Shipping Delay Notice
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the impact of Super Typhoon Bavi, severe weather conditions are affecting the eastern coastal regions of China and nearby waters. To ensure the safety of vessels, cargo, and port operations, several ports are experiencing schedule adjustments, operational disruptions, and port congestion.
As a result, some export shipments may experience delays.
We fully understand the importance of timely delivery. However, under adverse weather conditions, the safety and security of your cargo remain our highest priority . We will continue to work closely with shipping lines and port authorities to ensure that all shipments are transported safely rather than taking unnecessary risks to maintain the original schedule.
These delays are caused by severe weather conditions and port congestion, which are considered Force Majeure and are beyond the control of both the shipping lines and logistics providers.
Our operations team is closely monitoring the latest vessel schedules and port updates. Should there be any further changes, we will notify all affected customers as soon as possible.
As we are currently in the typhoon season, temporary delays may affect certain shipping routes from China. We kindly recommend allowing additional transit time when planning future shipments.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust in Newfly Cargo. We remain committed to monitoring every shipment closely and doing our utmost to ensure your cargo arrives safely and efficiently
