MANDALIKA RACE REPORT: THE #77 CAR SECURES DOUBLE VICTORY!

From May 1st to 3rd, the GT World Challenge Asia rounds were held at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Indonesia. Alex Liang Jiatong and his co-driver Dean Yu Hao Chen, driving the #77 Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO, secured 1st place in the Silver-Am class in both rounds.

Strategi: Ketepatan yang Fokus
Facing track temperatures reaching 60°C, the team’s core strategy was "Focused Precision." From car setup to pit stop execution, the team managed every detail specifically for the 4.31-kilometer circuit to ensure reliability and performance.

Race 1: Class Result
Starting from 10th on the grid, the #77 car navigated complex race conditions. Through a tactical pit stop during the safety car period, the team optimized their position, finishing 5th overall and securing 1st place in the Silver-Am class for Race 1.

Race 2: Class Result
In the second race, the team sustained their performance. Supported by the thermal stability of ROWE Motor Oil, the car maintained consistent lap times despite the punishing heat. The team finished 6th overall, successfully securing 1st place in the Silver-Am class for Race 2.

The Road Ahead
This double-win provides a vital surge in championship points. As the season progresses, the team is focusing on the upcoming rounds, aiming to maintain this consistency and the technical synergy between the machine and our ROWE lubricants.

The 2026 season challenge continues. Stay tuned for our performance in the Japan round this July!
