• Minimum age: 2 months. We accept pets from 2 months old.
• Appointment or walk-in — both are welcome. You can book ahead or simply walk in.
• We recommend reserving a slot — but please note what that means. Reserving a slot is not a fixed appointment time. When you arrive, you'll still take your turn in the queue. What reserving does is guarantee that we will definitely get your dog or cat done that day — so you won't be turned away even on a busy day.
• Extra care for nervous or senior pets. If your pet is anxious or older, we handle them with special care and patience. And if we genuinely can't safely complete the groom, we'll let you know rather than push through — your pet's safety always comes first.
