Construction and finishing works at Taman Melodies are progressing steadily according to the planned schedule. Current ongoing and upcoming site activities include:
- Interior painting works in progress, targeted for completion within this week
- Delivery of BRC A8 materials to site
- Concrete works for the front area
- Flooring and structural works for side and back floor levelling
- Platform and walkway works ongoing
- External wall skim coating
- Ceiling and finishing works including zinc bar & PVC ceiling installation
- Front door area and external floor levelling works
- Tiling works ongoing
Multiple structural and finishing works are being carried out simultaneously to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion.
