The cooperation agreement between the resort and the former Coral reefs management S/B company has expired . After due consideration and decision by the resort management effective 1st of March 2026 , the entire operation and management of the resort shall be officially and fully undertaken by Seeds management S/B .
The management team will arrive in succession to conduct handover and coordination of all operations . During the transition period , all employees are required to maintain their positions and perform duties as usual , so as to ensure the stable and orderly operation of the resort and maintain consistent service quality .
Specific work arrangements and departmental coordination details will be announced in due course .

本度假村与原 Coral Reefs Management S/B 公司的合作协议已正式到期。经度假村管理层慎重研究及决议，自 2026 年 3 月 1 日起，度假村的整体运营及管理工作将由 Seeds Management S/B 全面正式接管。
新管理团队将分阶段陆续到岗，开展全面的交接及运营协调工作。在过渡期间，所有员工须继续坚守原有岗位，履行本职职责，以确保度假村运营平稳有序，并维持一贯稳定的服务品质。
