On 11 Feb 2023, 100 school students from SK Sri Skudai and 30 UTM students had a fun time with an EM composting workshop at SK Sri Skudai!
This workshop aimed to raise awareness among school children on the importance of food waste segregation and its impact on the environment.
Students learnt food waste composting techniques using EMAS and bokashi powder produced by EMRO. The school children from SK Sri Skudai were trilled with the hands-on experience getting up to their elbows in the EM compost pile!
