UDA Holdings Bhd has launched Residensi Mutiara, a new freehold townhouse development in Johor aimed at expanding homeownership opportunities while offering modern and sustainable living environments. This reflects the increasing effort by developers to reduce financial barriers for homebuyers amid rising living costs and tighter lending conditions.
