In clinical practice, many health problems do not happen suddenly —
they are often the result of long-term imbalance in the body.
Today, I would like to share a real case related to kidney function improvement through acupuncture.
π± Initial Condition
When this patient first came for consultation, the main concerns were:
π Poor kidney function condition
π Foamy urine
π Presence of protein in the urine
π Occasional kidney stones
These issues had been affecting the patient for quite some time,
causing both physical discomfort and growing concern about overall health.
From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, these conditions are often related to:
π Kidney Qi deficiency
π Impaired water metabolism
π Weak Qi transformation function
πΏ Acupuncture Treatment Process
After a full assessment of the patient’s body constitution,
an acupuncture-based treatment plan was carried out to regulate the meridians and support internal organ function.
The goal was to help the body gradually restore balance and improve its natural healing ability.
At this point, the patient had completed:
π 6 acupuncture sessions
During the 6th session, I asked him:
“After the first five treatments, do you still notice bubbles in your urine?”
His answer was very encouraging.
π± Patient’s Feedback
He shared that:
π The foamy urine had significantly improved and was no longer obvious
π His urine had become much clearer
π Overall urinary condition had improved noticeably
This suggests that the body’s water metabolism and Qi transformation function were gradually improving.
In addition to that,
there were also visible changes in his overall appearance.
πΏ External Changes Reflect Internal Improvement
At the beginning of treatment,
his facial complexion appeared dull and dark,
and he often looked tired and lacking energy.
After consistent acupuncture treatment:
π His facial complexion became brighter
π His skin looked healthier and more radiant
π The dull and dark appearance had improved significantly
In TCM, there is a common saying:
π “What is inside will be reflected outside.”
When the internal condition improves,
the external appearance naturally changes as well.
π± Acupuncture Is More Than Symptom Relief
Many people think acupuncture is simply about treating pain where it hurts.
But in reality, the deeper purpose is:
π Improving body constitution
π Addressing the root cause
π Supporting the body’s self-healing ability
This patient’s improvement was not only about reducing foamy urine —
it reflected an overall improvement in body balance and health.
πΏ Gentle Reminder
Each person’s body condition is different,
and recovery progress may vary from person to person.
This article is a real case sharing,
and individual assessment is always necessary for proper treatment planning.
π± Conclusion
Recovery does not happen overnight —
it comes through consistent care and gradual improvement.
The true value of acupuncture
is often found in these small but meaningful changes.
