- Dirty or damaged lens/nozzle — clean or change and inspect regularly
- Incorrect laser power or speed settings — adjust according to material type and thickness

2️⃣ Laser Beam Misalignment
Symptoms: Inconsistent cuts, uneven kerf width, or distorted patterns.
