Today, a customer from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, travelled by flight to visit the Mekahsa Machinery factory in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, for a live demonstration of our best-selling 20HP crusher machine.
During the factory test, we demonstrated how the machine can process various types of agricultural waste, including sabut kelapa, tempurung kelapa and other coconut-processing waste.
The 20HP crusher successfully reduced the coconut waste into a fine and uniform output. Coconut husk material was processed into fine cocopeat, while coconut shells and other harder agricultural waste were crushed into smaller particles for easier handling and further processing.

According to the customer, coconut fibre has lower demand and selling value in his local market. When too much fibre is produced, it may accumulate inside the production warehouse. Some factories may eventually dispose of or burn the unwanted fibre, resulting in additional waste and handling costs.
Our new-generation 20HP crusher machine helps solve this problem by producing a finer and more consistent output with less unwanted long fibre. This allows the customer to recover more valuable cocopeat from coconut waste.
Since cocopeat has stronger market demand and can be sold at a higher value, the customer can improve production efficiency, reduce waste and potentially achieve a better return on investment.
After seeing the successful machine demonstration and uniform output quality, the customer confirmed the purchase of a new 20HP coconut waste crusher machine.
