In conjunction with World Environment Day 2026, ECO Group successfully organised its first-ever ECO CARES Tree Planting Initiative at the National Botanical Garden Shah Alam, bringing together ECOrians for a meaningful day of environmental stewardship, teamwork and community engagement.
As part of the Group's ongoing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitment, more than 400 decorative plants were planted to contribute towards a greener and more sustainable environment. The initiative reflects ECO Group's dedication to promoting environmental responsibility while encouraging employees to actively participate in conservation efforts that create a positive impact on the communities and environment around us.
Beyond the planting activities, the programme fostered stronger collaboration, strengthened friendships across departments and reinforced the shared values of teamwork, care and sustainability. Through ECO CARES | By ECOrians, Care Without Boundaries, ECO Group remains committed to supporting initiatives that generate lasting environmental, social and community value as the Group continues to build a more sustainable future for generations to come.
