Johor-Singapore has attracted $15B of Investment in Just 9 Months

The next major capital corridor isn't in China.

It's on Singapore's doorstep.

Malaysia and Singapore launched the JS-SEZ in early 2025, and $15B in approved investments landed in the first nine months alone.

- 3,500 km² spanning southern Johor and Singapore
- Nine flagship zones, including Forest City SEZ
- 5% corporate tax for up to 15 years
- 15% flat income tax for skilled workers
- Single QR border clearance with RTS link
- ByteDance, Microsoft, and DayOne committed
- Johor now hosts 50+ data centres

Singapore provides the capital, credibility, and talent. Johor provides the land, labour, and power.

Together they've built something neither could do alone.

The bottlenecks are real: power constraints, permitting speed, and cross-border friction haven't been fully solved.

The test is whether projects actually get built.
