Shopee Free Returns Out of Control — Are Sellers Being Crushed?

To be honest,
selling on Shopee isn’t that we can’t make money anymore,
it’s that ''FREE RETURN'' is slowly eating away our profits.

Buyers return items so easily.
Used items, worn items — still get returned.
Shipping, packaging, damages — all paid by the seller.

We earn maybe RM5 per order,
but one return can cost us RM20+.

Yes, the platform brings traffic,
but when the rules aren’t balanced,
the ones who leave in the end will only be the sellers.

It’s not that we don’t want to continue,
it’s just getting harder and harder to survive.
