Our team handled the overall event environment setup, including festive backdrop installation, decorative entrance displays, canopy tent setup, seating arrangements, stage preparation, lighting support, and customised Chinese New Year decorative elements. The event space was carefully planned to create a welcoming and visually engaging environment suitable for cultural activities, performances, celebrations, and guest interactions.

The setup featured a traditional Chinese New Year theme with dominant red festive tones, symbolic decorative elements, customised floral decorations, lantern-inspired styling, and elegant festive backdrops that enhanced the celebration atmosphere throughout the venue. Outdoor canopy areas and seating arrangements were also professionally organised to provide comfort and functionality for attendees during the event.

Special attention was given to event flow, guest experience, and visual presentation to ensure the venue maintained a festive yet organised environment throughout the celebration. From the main event area to decorative photo-taking corners and outdoor dining spaces, every setup element was arranged to create a lively and memorable Chinese New Year celebration experience.
