Freshmen Registration Procedures

Step 1: Registration in Admission Office, Room 101

Documents Required:

1. Original passport

2. Photocopy of JW201 Form

3. Photocopy of Admission Letter

4. Original diploma and transcript

Step 2: Pay Tuition Fee in Financial Office, Room 102

(CSC full scholarship students can skip this step)

Step 3: Check Insurance Status in Student Affairs Office, Room 111

Students can choose insurance companies in mainland China.
Unichina International Insurance is recommended.

Step 4: Registration of Student Status in Teaching Office, Room 104

Documents Required:

1. Admission Letter

2. One-inch photo with a blue background

Step 5: Accommodation Formalities in Housing Office

Documents Required:

• Admission Letter

Steps:

1. Choose a room in Housing Office

2. Pay accommodation fee in Financial Office, Room 102 (CSC students skip this step)

3. Get Registration Form of Residence

Students living off-campus must get an off-campus registration form from Room 111 and then register temporary residence at the local police station.

Step 6: Apply for Residence Permit in Student Affairs Office, Room 111

Documents Required:

1. Admission Letter

2. Original and photocopy of JW201/202 Form

3. Original and photocopy of passport (including photo page, validity page, visa page, entry/exit record page; two copies of each page)

4. Registration Form of Residence

5. Medical Report issued by Hubei International Travel Health Care Center

Students with X2 Visa do not need to apply for residence permit but still need to register in Room 111.
